Park Instructions

  • Dubai Miracle Garden is an eco-friendly environment. Please help us maintain cleanliness by using the trash bins provided.
  • Bringing food and drinks inside the garden is strictly prohibited as it may attract ants, spiders, and butterfly predators.
  • Do not leave belongings unattended. Management will not be responsible for any lost items.
  • Butterflies rest on leaves and pathways — please watch your step and do not disturb them while they are feeding.
  • Photography is allowed; however, please ask staff for assistance when needed.
  • Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
  • Touching butterfly wings is prohibited. This helps them live longer.
  • Do not cross restricted areas to avoid potential damage.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Online ticket resale is prohibited. Tickets purchased via resellers are invalid.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • Any cancellation received less than 48hrs prior to arrival will incur full charge (only 5% processing fee applies before 48hrs). No-show = no refund.
  • People of Determination and children below 3 years old enter free.
  • Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
  • Removing, altering, or defacing tickets will invalidate them.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date printed on them.
  • Management may search ticket holders for prohibited items (food, drinks, bottles, large bags, controlled substances).
  • Professional cameras, detachable lenses, tablets, and laptops are strictly prohibited.
  • The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with the visit including injury, loss, or damage.
  • Food & beverages purchased outside are not permitted.
  • Duplicated, resold, or misused tickets will be cancelled immediately.
  • Management reserves the right to evict guests for inappropriate conduct or security concerns without refund.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard payments in AED.
  • No services will be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries per UAE law.
  • All tickets purchased are non-refundable. Invalid or expired tickets will not be accepted.
